This week, we’re going to be discussing Power Yoga. This is something that’s changed my life and something that’s a huge part of my life, and I realized that I’ve never done a podcast solely on power yoga.
Power yoga is one of the most popular styles of yoga right now throughout the whole entire world. Sometimes it might be called Vinyasa or hot yoga. But any type of yoga that that really flows and has an athletic component to it, typically falls underneath the umbrella of power yoga.
